    I’ve held off sharing this find for a while, partly because the footage was a little blurry but mostly because there is SO much gratitude and rawness behind this find that it’s hard to sum in a few words. In hindsight I almost regret filming it because it took away from just being in the moment. Thank you to those special people and to the mountains for gifting me this find.     It’s hard to sum up in a few words what these last 5 months on the road (off-road actually) have been like.. I have a treasure trove of crystals and memories, the pockets of my jeans are filled with dust and dirt and my heart is full of horizons, both near and far. Never before have I spent such a vast amount of time immersed in nature, where every single day has been spent with my hands in the earth. It’s hard to pick a favourite find from this trip, but this incredible blue topaz crystal nestled jn its mica host rock would have to be right up there!!     What a treasure!     Normally I’d just post this video with some chill music but I can’t resist the urge to share what it’s REALLY like at camp here 🤣 The mornings and nights are filled with an orchestra of birds all tuning their voices at subtle intervals of daylight. It starts with the blue-winged kookaburras at first light and then the chaos of galahs and other birds take over as the sun claims its place on the horizon.
